Pest control across Miami-Dade

Pro-Spray is a family-run pest control company serving homes, condos, HOAs and businesses in 23 Miami-Dade cities and communities, from the beach towers of Sunny Isles Beach and Miami Beach to Doral, Hialeah and Coral Gables. We treat roaches, ants, rodents, mosquitoes, bed bugs, wasps, fleas, ticks and more. Ongoing service is $125 quarterly (about $42/month), with no long-term contracts.

We're family-run and licensed, and our team speaks Spanish, which matters in a county as bilingual as Miami-Dade.

Where we work in Miami-Dade

The pests in an oceanfront condo tower are not the pests in a Miami Shores home under the oaks, or in a Doral warehouse. Here is how we look at the county.

The beach towers and the bay islands

From Collins Ave to the bay islands, high-rise and mid-rise condos share walls, chases and trash rooms, so German roaches move between floors. Palmetto bugs ride the drains, roof rats live in royal palms and sea grape, and no-see-ums come in on the bay breeze. Front desks, management rules and seasonal owners shape how we schedule service, and seasonal units can be serviced through a lockbox or the property manager. Mosquito work on balconies and building grounds stays outdoors: we never fog indoors, and that includes condo hallways and trash rooms.

On the beach side we serve Miami Beach (Collins Ave towers, Art Deco buildings, Mid-Beach and North Beach homes), Surfside, Bal Harbour (oceanfront condos, front desks and management), Bay Harbor Islands (the East and West Islands), North Bay Village (three islands on the 79th Street Causeway), Golden Beach (oceanfront and waterway estates) and Sunny Isles Beach.

Northeast Miami-Dade: Aventura and the Oleta River

This corner of the county mixes condo towers on the Intracoastal, townhomes and villas, and golf-course and lake edges. The Oleta River and Greynolds Park bring mosquitoes and no-see-ums. We serve every address in 33179, 33180 and 33160.

Here we work in Aventura, Ojus (lake and river homes), Ives Estates (family homes near the Broward line), North Miami Beach and North Miami (from Keystone Point canal homes to Arch Creek).

Canopy villages along the Little River and Biscayne Bay

A heavy oak and palm canopy means roof rats, palmetto bugs in the leaf litter, and older homes with more ways in. We serve Miami Shores (Mediterranean Revival homes on tree-lined streets), Biscayne Park (the village's tree canopy) and El Portal (a village on the Little River).

Miami and Coral Gables

Both cities take neighborhood-by-neighborhood work: condos, duplexes, historic homes and restaurants. In the City of Miami you get a family-run, bilingual team, and in Coral Gables we work from Cocoplum to the historic neighborhoods.

Older block homes, lakes and warehouses north and west

Postwar block homes, duplexes and rentals fill the north and west, and busy kitchens get German roaches. Rats run along road corridors, fences and power lines, and retention ponds and canals breed mosquitoes. Then there are the warehouse districts. We serve Hialeah, Miami Lakes (lakefront lots and the original neighborhoods), Miami Gardens, Opa-locka (older homes, duplexes and rentals), Golden Glades (the interchange and postwar homes) and Doral (homes, townhomes and warehouses).

What we treat in Miami-Dade homes and buildings

  • Home pest control: roaches, ants, spiders, silverfish, pantry pests and more, with targeted treatments applied only where pests live and hide. In a condo, that means your unit and the shared walls and plumbing runs pests use to get in.
  • Mosquito control: a monthly barrier treatment, explained in the county section below.
  • Rodent control: a separate service. We seal the entry points ourselves (we don't repair damage) and tell you up front how many follow-up visits to expect.
  • Bed bug treatment: how many follow-up visits you need depends on the size and severity of the infestation. We'll tell you what we find after the inspection.
  • Wasp and yellowjacket nest removal, plus carpenter bee treatment. We don't remove honey bee hives.
  • Fleas and ticks: treated inside the home and in the yard. For ticks we focus on shady edges, leaf litter and tall-grass borders, following the label, which matters under the canopy in Miami Shores and Biscayne Park.
  • Commercial pest control: restaurants, warehouses and offices from Doral to downtown Miami, with a written service report after every visit.

Miami-Dade County mosquito control and the spots around your home

According to Miami-Dade County's mosquito control page, residents can request an inspection online, by calling 311 or through the 311 Direct app. The county lists inspections and surveillance, truck spraying and aerial spraying as part of its program, and it asks residents to "Drain and Cover" standing water. Read more in what county mosquito control does.

The county covers whole neighborhoods, but the breeding spots on your own Miami-Dade property are still yours. Our mosquito service is a professional mosquito barrier spray treatment with a backpack fogger, aimed at the shrubs, hedges and shady resting spots around your home or building, plus larvicide on breeding spots such as bromeliad cups. We use the fogger outdoors only, never indoors. Monthly service is recommended, especially in the rainy season. For associations, see HOA mosquito control.

Plans, the guarantee and condo service

For Miami-Dade homes and condo units, our plan is $125 quarterly (about $42/month), and monthly or custom schedules are available. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. Our Bug Free Guarantee: If pests come back between visits, so do we, at no extra cost. Rodent control is a separate service, and the guarantee covers it too.

Condo associations and HOAs, from the bay islands to Doral, get an insurance certificate on request and a written service report after each visit. Compare options on plans and pricing.
